Cancellation & Return Policies
Please choose carefully as your order cannot be cancelled once it has dispatched.
Please contact us for details if you require a return service for receiving incorrect or faulty goods.
Bluesound NZ will adhere to all obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please note, Bluesound NZ does not have to refund goods if you change your mind.
If you wish to return goods to Bluesound NZ, you must notify us by email and we will send you a return form to complete.
Any returning goods must be in new and unused condition. Goods are returned to us at your cost and risk.
Bluesound NZ cannot be held responsible for returning items damaged or lost in transit.
Bluesound NZ can arrange to have the goods collected from you by PBT and the cost of the return freight will be deducted from any refund.
